Entretien
An interview with a recruiter and then with the recruitment manager. It was completed within a few weeks time. Interview was very informational and the interviewers were very thorough. Jacobs is a great organization, but very large.

Applied online. Was sent a link to do a video interview about a week later. Did the video interview. Didn't hear back for about a week so I followed up. The recruiter then invited me to do a 30 minute interview with her and hiring manager. Then I was invited to a meeting the team interview. About a week later I followed up and never heard back

The interview process was quite long, the follow up process was mediocre. Supposedly this company has good reputation but I didn’t see that. When you are in an interview process the same way you’ll assess the candidate and the candidate will be doing the same. They need to do better, I went through hoops to do the interview and they couldn’t even reach out to let me know if I was selected or not. I withdrew my application because it was disrespectful
