Basic questions , phone interview with "recruiter " then in person interview at site. Hiring manager seem to go out of their way to dissuade me to even take the job. I've never had an interview were going to such detail as to why they lost the previous managers.

The interview is very laggy and the company takes ages to give you feedback - not recruiters don't know what they're looking for not to mention zero care or politics that offer mental health. inclusion is merely a word that they threw in the values.
