At the first shortlisted student from various colleges have to face aptitude test.which contains basic aptitude questions ex.ratio ,odd value,train etc and technical questions and also some questions on general knowledge.after that 2 technical interview conducted.after first some are crack first one and shortlisted for second .in second interview both technical and hr conducted.finaly process finished and result declared after one week.

Pure technical questions of chemical engineering ex.problem on process calculation.distillation column,pump and heat exchanger.

Il processo di selezione si articola in due step: il primo con il capo dipartimento molto colloquiale e conoscitivo, il secondo con il responsabile HR principalmente incentrato sulle aspettative lavorative.
Thought it was a good interview process based on situational tasks and lasted for approx 45 minutes. Found out successful very shortly after so positive experience. No technical interview for this role.
