Applied through their website. Few month later I have got an interview invitation in their Glasgow office. The interview consisted of several STAR questions and few technical GIS questions. Nothing too complicated.

How do you apply Health and safety approach at your work?
Tell me about you GIS experience?
How you deal with data that were wrongly projected?
Tell me about the situation when you had to deal with strict deadlines? and some other STAR questions
They ask typical GIS questions to get an idea of how much you understand and they also ask situational questions to assess your behavior and problem solving skills. They also ask what you think about open-source data.

Really bad HR. I was addressed by the wrong name, then had the wrong automated email sent to me from a noreply address. I had to go back to the recruited to inquire about this, which she said was a mistake. Had I not followed up they wouldn't have noticed they sent me a "thanks but no thanks" email for a interview I hadn't yet completed. Very unprofessional.
