Describe a time when you had to be adaptable and what was the outcome?

Entretien
The process was comprised of two interviews. The first on was a typical phone interview with general questions like, "what attracted you to the role?". It lasted about 20 minutes. The follow up interview was an hour long with 30 minutes for a prepared presentation and the following 30 minutes for additional questions. Overall, it was a simple process, was quick and everyone I spoke to was very friendly.

Initial meeting and then formal interview process. The interview was relatively casual as I was familiar with the people and the team. There were two people in the interview and they were primarily keen to understand my motivations for the role
