Very personable interview where they will express employee growth and development which is mostly true. After being a server assistant for about 3-4 months they were ready to move me up to a server.

Group Zoom interview, where the hiring manager asked the same question to all 3 people. Pro: you had more time to think of a quality/unique answer Con: your answer could be immediately compared to another applicant/if another applicant speaks before you, they could say exactly what you were going to say
