It was a very long process, it took almost 6 months from application to the final interview. Unfortunately the role was cancelled due to "team restructuring" after the final interviews.

Entretien préenregistré : nous avons seulement 1 minute pour préparer notre réponse et 3 minutes pour y répondre. Ce format est très stressant et rend difficile la démonstration de nos compétences et de notre véritable valeur, car il ne permet pas de montrer pleinement nos capacités ni de développer nos idées, ce qui est frustrant. Mais ce sont les nouvelles méthodes de recrutement, donc il faut s’y adapter.

First pre-recorded interview with 30 sec to prepare and 2min to answer. 5 questions in total.
Then an in person interview with the hiring manager and HR. 60min in total.
