Entretien
The first portion is where you are asked questions and are recording yourself while answering them. I always find those to be super awkward because it’s like you’re literally talking to yourself, but it was the first place that I was also shown how much the operations associate makes per hour.

The next round there was a scenario given and you just had to complete it within an allotted time period.
There were six rounds of interviews for an entry level position, I think this is in part because they care a lot about the member experience and want to ensure that every location is excellently staffed, however it felt a little excessive at times. There was a video submission, multiple interviews, and a take home assessment.

Entretien
The process might have changed since I did it but, there was an initial video interview where you answered pre-recorded questions, next I spoke with the manager from the location, I then had to complete a written assignment, and then finally I interviewed with the area manager.
