I am just writing this to say, I’m SOOOOOOOO happy IND employees are finally speaking up and telling their REAL truth on these reviews. I was blacklisted, called aggressive, too much, abrasive, all the words one would use to tearing a black women’s spirit down when she spoke up about what she was seeing in the company. So although most just leave I’m happy those that have decided to stay are finally speaking up. Because you should not have to find other employment to be treated fairly. So keep speaking your truth and don’t let them run you out the door like they have done all the others that spoke up and simply just wanted to see true and meaningful change. Keep your foot on there neck until they change, don’t leave they win when you do! I’m so proud of you! If you don’t fix this racial bias issue you have soon, the lawsuits will start piling up! And HR can be made up with as many colored folks as you want but it’s what happens once they get in the door that matters, you’re not paying attention to that at all, that’s where the true matter lies. I’m so proud of you all for FINALLY speaking up about your treatment, you deserve better!
