So it was a group interview with 6 people including myself and then one person asking questions and the other taking notes. We started out by introducing ourselves and then they passed around this basket with slips of paper that had interview questions on them so people wouldn't all have to answer the same questions over and over again. I'd suggest taking a seat in the middle so you can have some time to prepare your answers if your interview is the same format as mine. Everyone was really friendly, I know it's nerve wracking to go in for an interview but I actually enjoyed the experience even considering how nervous I was

The in-pelrson interview was short and to the point. They were very upfront with what they were looking for. It was a group interview with reasonable questions and structure. The turn-around time to hiring was within a few days.

Entretien
Group interview/"audition" about two hours long. My group had eight candidates. Primarily focused on storytelling and being able to connect products to other interviewees' stories. Prepare to speak on a book that is special to you.

Tell me about a time you had to problem solve in a work environment
Group interview 25 people overall. Go through different stations and complete activities and answer questions along the way. Activities include icebreakers, choosing an item, solving a puzzle etc. Pretty simple but unique interview style.
