Pros: The initial interaction with the recruiter was pleasant and professional. They were courteous, responsive, and provided helpful information about the job and company. The company seems to have a structured recruitment process in place, starting with the recruiter reaching out promptly and scheduling interviews efficiently. Cons: Unfortunately, my experience took a turn during the interview with the director. Despite my enthusiasm and preparedness, the director appeared uninterested and disengaged throughout the conversation. Their lack of enthusiasm made it challenging to establish a connection or gauge the potential fit for the role. What was particularly concerning was when the director mentioned that the recruiter had provided incorrect notes about my background. This discrepancy between what the recruiter communicated and what the director expected created confusion and made me question the effectiveness of the communication within the company.

The interview process went surprisingly smooth considering all of the COVID issues. All calls went as planned, no one was ever late to a call. All interviewers were incredibly respectful and pleasant to talk with!
