The interviewers emphasized communication and clarity of thought, not just technical skills. They seemed to prioritize soft skills and how effectively you could explain your approach. Overall, it was a balanced evaluation of both technical and interpersonal strengths.

Entretien
Initially there was an screening call , then then invite for written exam in the IFS office then after 1 week i got selected in that exam then i had an HR interview that was online in teams

In the written exam
I had 10 MCQ's which like the theory one
(Eg: Which is not an OOP principal, Time complexity, Which Design pattern ensure only one instance is created, Testing)
Then i had the 3 Essay type Questions
Q1: You have 2 cups one is 7L, 4L from these two cups how you can measure exact 2L
Q2: In unsorted array from 1 to n, one number is missing how to find that number(Answer can be in any language or pseudocode)
Q3: They give the scenario for that we need to Draw ER diagram and a simple SQL query
Had a call with a recruiter, then had a chat with the team lead and senior developer to go through interview questions. Finally got an offer through phone call. Interview was about 30 minutes long and featured 2 technical questions and several behavioural.
