The process is drawn out, they pretend you can attempt to position past experience as a salary negotiation but this process does not exist. There is a very simple tech test for round one, and then a much more involved near case-study for round 2, with stakeholders who likely have little concept of how the tools work to begin with.

The defining requirement of the job was not surfaced until the very last interview. That is pretty frustrating after investing so much time and taking PTO from my current job to meet the demands of the many interviews. The hiring team themselves were very nice and friendly with the exception of one but they wasted an incredible amount of my time and resources simply because of a lack of clarity around the position and it’s requirements at the beginning of the process.
To those just starting the process or are considering an application, just because they keep moving you along in the process doesn’t mean they plan on hiring you. They are most likely trying to achieve a hiring metric.
