One of the best recruiting processes I've ever had. My recruiter was super friendly, organized, and provided me with plenty of detail throughout the whole process. The process included: 1. Phone screen with recruiter 2. Take home assessment which included parsing some data from an API endpoint and sending it back 3. Onsite which consisted of 4-5 rounds. Mine were frontend system design, coding (easy leetcode), hiring manager behavioral, and javascript fundamentals. Received super detailed feedback from the recruiter that although I did well in the javascript and behavioral, there were some gaps in my system design and I did not solve the leetcode problem fast enough. I really appreciated how much attention was put into the process and would definitely apply again later down the road!
