1 phone call with recruiter, 1 video interview and 3 more video interviews. Interviews based off all situational questions not to do with customer support and there was very little interest in personality or who you are as a person. 1 interviewer was very unfriendly seemed she didn't want to be there, and feedback at the end was very vague.

I was contacted on LinkedIn by a HubSpot employee, they introduced the job description and the salary. In my opinion, the hiring process is too long, you have to "pass" 3 stages. Then I booked a 30-minute call with the recruiter, she was very nice on the phone, she made me feel like I was talking to a friend. I passed to the next stage, which was role play with a TL, it was fun, but I didn't pass apparently because I wasn't feeling comfortable with ambiguity.

Clear communication from the hirer on what the job entails and how the interview is conducted. Got to the 3rd round where I had to simulate assisting a customer with their issues.
