Started off pretty standard as I was referred by a friend who works for Hubspot but things got weird very quickly. The hiring manager seem to like me but the peer interview was pure absurd. The interviewer was borderline snobbish about his "years in sales" experience. He was potentially in his 50s so yes he had years on me but for a business that talks about culture so much I barely see any during the interviews.
There wasn't a questions I didn't answer well too and I dod prepare for it all however after 2 weeks I found that I wasn't selected for the next process - with NO feedback.
Feel like I dodged a bullet and also that they don't hire women in many lead roles in Dublin, it's all men, and that barely people of colour, it's painted rainbows and butterflies on the outside however the inside isn't any different than any other discriminating organisation.

Rejected after meeting the hiring manager, but a feedback session was scheduled with clear and constructive reasons to work on. It's disappointing that this felt so unusual, but well done Hubspot for doing what others should.
Only criticism was that the interview was rigidly 7 questions, I understand the need for consistency, but the way it was structured with points interrupted on the basis they would be used again later made for a disjointed experience.
