Probably one of the best interview processes I have been through. It was all extremely smooth and it took about 2 weeks from first contact to getting the job offer. I had 2 initial interviews with the recruitment team over the phone, 2 conference call interviews with my team managers and was finally flown to Dublin for a final round of 3 face to face interviews with 3 of the managers of the team I'd be working in - all these were done within one morning.

3 rounds of interviews, all behavioral with expectation of using star method to answer. You just need to prepare well. Lean on previous experience of selling, closing, influencing clients/partners, and managing clients and being target and result oriented
