I applied for the job online and within about 2 weeks I heard back from someone on the team through email. They invited me to take a recorded interview where 3 questions were asked and I would respond to. I found it a little difficult as it was my first professional interview since graduating, therefore it’s hard to know what could be asked. I was a little thrown by the questions as there is approximately 90 seconds to prepare your answer. However, I do know Hubspot hires the best for their team, and in this instance I know that I didn’t bring my best. I can learn from this moving forward and hopefully one day I will apply again.
