I got a first interview on the phone. She was nice very pacient with me, helped me a lot along the way as this was my first interview. She asked me questions about experiences where I showed leadership, teamwork, and where I had to learn a new skill as well as what is the difference between inbound and outbound and what products does Hubspot offer. Then I got a second interview with a manager. He seemed kind enough and asked me about myself but the questions were a bit too open in my opinion like what motivates me? Or what can i offer to the company? Ive done previous research on the company but I thought I wasnt gonna receive these kind of questions as I was applying for an internship as it is intended to learn and it is known I was still in college so I wouldn't have much to offer but I guessed wrong, I suppose. Overall it was an okay experience It thought me to research far more about the company before the interview as well as be more confident in the moment of talking and to search about other interviews here in glassdoor.
