Fairly easy. They screen you twice on the phone (aptitude). You do a role play over the phone with one of your prospective managers. Your referrals then have to be confirmed. Then you have 4 in-person interviews with Senior Management. Letter of acceptance/rejection

nice and easy process, just prepare well do your research and you will be fine, roleplays involved but they give you a scenario to go off, no serious push back or objections they just want to see if you are coachable.
It was chill, they were super flexible. The roleplaying was weird. You needed to be fast but slow at the same time. Enough to understand painpoints but not long enough to bore them.
