There were quite a few rounds, it started with a phone screening call with a recruiter, a phone interview with a team member, then 3, 30-minute Zoom interviews with managers, then an on-site product presentation

The recruiter was nice, but the hiring manager indicated I didn't ask enough questions about her and that my answers sounded too prepared? I wasn't aware the new norm was to interview the interviewer. Also, isn't being prepared a good trait? Maybe things have drastically changed since I last searched for a job.
