Phone interview with recruiter, then phone interview with hiring manager. This was the 2nd time in ~3 years a HubSpot recruiter contacted me out of the blue, only for me to later be rejected and not even invited in for an interview. Seriously, HubSpot, please stop wasting my time. My feedback for you would be to only screen candidates once and not have them jump through multiple hoops, it's really annoying as a candidate to have your time wasted/spent researching people and roles to later learn you were hardly even being considered.
