I was first contacted by a HubSpot recruiter to talk more about the role and answer a few general questions. She scheduled me for a phone interview with the hiring manager. Within the next couple of hours, she followed up to debrief about the call and answer any questions I had. She let me know that I had moved on to the next round of in-person interviews and set up a time to talk on the phone to go over any advice she had and answer any questions. The entire process was very transparent as a result of the HubSpot recruiter. More often than not, I find that companies don't provide you with detailed feedback and an outlet for your questions but HubSpot was different. I didn't make it past that round unfortunately but I was grateful for how quick and transparent the entire process was.
