First, there was a short call with a recruiter. Nothing unusual: things about projects I had done were asked. Then, there was a "coding challenge": I had 3 hours to complete it. I took a little bit more than 2 hours. The last step was a 2h video interview with two different software engineers. System design, coding and other things were tested during this interview. I had lots of time to ask questions about the company. The interview was a great opportunity to gain some insight into the company. Everyone I talked to was nice.
