The interview process was great! I was not actively looking for a new position but the opportunity to apply at HubSpot was too good to pass up. So I took a risk and applied on their website. My initial qualifications and experience aligned with what they were looking for: First step is a 3 question video interview in which you really have to think on your toes and be ready. Second step is a couple of phone conversations with role plays with senior managers. Third was an in house interview with the management team. While I did not receive an offer the process was wonderful and a great learning experience. I always received great feedback during the interview process and even when I was told I was not selected for the position. Recruiters Noah, Holly and Caitlin do a great job keeping you informed in the process and guiding you along the way. Additionally, the Customer Success team is in very good hands with managers (Stephen, Billy, Jeff, Tim and Alison). Top marks to HubSpot!
