The entire interview process took about three weeks - interviewed in HubSpot Singapore. 1) Screening interview by HR 2) Phone call with Head of Services 3) One to One interview with Head of Services and an existing implementation specialist 4) Google hangout with a services member from Cambridge, MA I was very impressed with how helpful the HR representative (Nicholas) was throughout the entire process. I applied at a point where there weren't any openings but he went out of his way in keeping me up to date with HubSpot events. This was beneficial in getting valuable insights into the organisation as I had the opportunity to meet the current HubSpot team; which helped with my application preparations and ensured that the role I applied for suited me. On top of this, the interviewers were also very helpful in answering my queries regarding the organisation and my role. On the whole it was a fantastic experience and I look forward to being part of the team!

Very poor feedback after first interview and both the manager and the recruiter failed to respond when asked for more. Asked for feedback after the role play and I was told I had to be more concise, which I took and would have worked on. In my opinion there has to be another reason why I've been declined but this hasn't been told me, not even when I specifically asked for more information to improve in the future. Bad experience overall.
