The interview process involved a telephone interview with a Hubspot Recruiter, then with the Manager of the Support Team, and finally several face-to-face interviews with staff members of the Dublin office (including a technical demonstration of the Hubspot software).
All the interviews were conducted in a relaxed manner with the appropriate questions being asked (past experiences, reasons for job application etc.).
All the staff at the Dublin office were very friendly and welcoming. The open work environment there accurately represented the Culture Code of Hubspot (transparency, sharing of ideas, effective worth ethic).
