The interview process was moving pretty quickly and seemed very thorough. The process was a bit intimidating, and my recruiter gave me feedback about being nervous, which made me more nervous for the next round. It seemed like they had very specific experience and criteria in mind for the candidate, which is a positive. I had an initial phone screen, a prep call with a recruiter, call with the hiring manager, a panel interview with several employees, then a feedback call after when I was not offered a role. I heard back within a few days after my final interview, which I appreciate. There was a pretty extensive project required that I spent a lot of time on.
