Contacted by telephone by internal HR recruitment person. Interview was arranged very professionally and efficiently within 2 weeks, at a time convenient to me. Interview was conducted using a strcutured competency based approach by 2 senior management. HR provided feedback on my interview the following day and a job offer in writting a day later. This was an excellent recruitment experience. I had the same HR recruitment person from start to finish and was engaging throughout.

Initial "chemistry call" video interview which felt very rushed and borderline unprofessional, followed by in-person panel interview with initial technical assessment.
A further interview stage with a senior manager was anticipated however they "put the role on hold" - in short, after receiving immediate confirmation that I was to be invited to the final stage, I have to wait / chase for FOUR WEEKS before being told that the role was now on hold. Astonishing timewasters.

Processus efficace et exigeant comprenant :
Entretien RH téléphonique / Entretien RH + Manager / Business Case pour prendre la mesure du poste. Le suivi est de qualité notamment sur les retours post entretien et l'accompagnement à la préparation. Echanges de qualité.
