Phone screen went rather unpleasant. Instead of drilling into previous experience, interviewer decided to nitpick every possible detail that she could find on my resume which I perceived as talking me out from the hiring process. The opportunity I applied for was a position that required specific language skills towards a subset of niche customer in the region. As a Hilti user myself I felt extremely humiliated throughout the interview and I couldn't imagine what is it like to work there day to day. Never got any feedback from them at the end.

made me interview for 12 hours stating 2am, horrible experience. i was told to come for a feedback which I requested to be rescheduled for the next day - because I had been up for 15 hours starting 3 AM, I was told the call would be set for 5 AM the next day. was rejected because i wasn’t “empathetic enough”, as if they would be able to gauge that from one corporate interview
