It was a very normal interview process with situational type of questions, two representatives from Hilti were on the room and both asked questions. First they ask about yourself and to tell them what are your strengths, than they ask situational questions regarding previous job experience. And finally you have to act as a sales person to one of the interviewers so they can evaluate your selling or negotiating skills.

Having to sell something to one of the interviewers was one of the most unexpected questions because they try to negotiate with you and give some strange situations.
Viele persönliche Fragen im ersten Interview und danach wurde gesagt, sie werden sich bei mir melden, nie mehr was gehört. Dies fand ich fast scho ein bisschen "frech" auch nach zwei Mails und nachfragen, habe ich nichts mehr gehört.

Online interview with Malaysian HR. Went through around 2-3 online interviews and was told they would get back to me when a position was open in my area. Never heard back
Had a first screen of my cv then a full day of group assessment. They want to see how you behave and interacte with another people. I’d passed the test in my opinion cause I was sure of what I said and also easy going
