Entretien
It starts with applying, Then you have a chat with HR (first round)
After that you need to do a business case alone, and you have like 90 minutes to complete and make a powerpoint presentation. (second round)
If they like the powerpoint presentation, then they invite you to the third round which is actually presenting the powerpoint from the case study and ask you questions about the case + some extra about you.
After this you get invited to the last round, which was an in person two day assessment in their HQ in Liechtenstein. The first day is just getting to know people and a tour of the plant plus some extra activities. The second day you have all the assessments, about 4 different ones. An interview 30min, a live case study (similar to the one you did before), a group project (where they give you a task and you need to discuss and come to an agreement), and then a scenario situation, you are given a scenario (my case was conflict resolution) and then you have to talk with someone to try and resolve it.
After this they give you an offer on the spot.

CV Screening, Self Recorder Interview, HR Interview, Business Case preparation, Business Case Presentation and Technical Inteview, Assessment Day in Liechtenstein. Long, but smooth process, HR very friendly and helpful in scheduling different steps.

Entretien
There were three interview stages within the Indonesia Region;
1. HR Screening: the interviewer would ask questions from various topics; background check, motivational, business acumen, etc. which lasted around an hour
2. User: I was interviewed by two people, the head of HR and the head of the division I applied for. They asked mostly about behavioural and motivational. It lasted around 1.25 - 1.5 hours but the interviewers were chill about it.
3. General Manager Hilti Indonesia. Similar with the 2nd stage interview, but with a little bit of background check too. Lasted about 30 minutes.
Should you pass the three stages above they would invite you for another set of selection process where you would be facing candidates from other countries.

CV selection, then was asked to a video interview answering a series of questions, then a face to face interview followed by a field ride to gain insight into Hilti products. Finally a 2 day assessment centre that includes role play, group discussion, self presentation and a business case to understand if you can mesh your finance knowledge with business comprehension
