Entretien
Applied for the job and received an email asking for an interview. I accepted the interview and went to one of the local edition offices to meet with the regional manager. The office was under construction as they were reworking it and moving to a bunch of different offices that they were opening. The interview itself was relatively straightforward and good as the manger was a nice guy who didn't pander questions and pretty much just made it a conversation detailing the job. Overall the interview was pretty easy and it seemed like a job fit for a college undergrad looking to get their feet wet in the real world and move up the ladder.

Entretien
Position seemed like a good learning experience so I applied online. Received a call two days later from a regional recruiter who asked me a couple more questions and had me walk them through my resume. Recruiter then scheduled an interview for me with the location manager at the branch office. I interviewed with the location manager several days later. Was a very brief interview that went well, and I was offered the job the same day!
