In my opinion, the interview process was not properly organized!
I took 2 interviews.
The first one was taken over the phone with the HR.
At the first stage, I applied for a different position that perfectly matched my legal background and skills.
Even if so, the HR invited me to apply for the role of Claims Administrator saying that it was more in line with the role.
The second interview was a face to face one.

Il colloquio fu molto veloce, domande sul curriculum e delle esperienze lavorative e anche sul livello d'inglese e se ero capace ad usare il pacchetto microsoft office (excel, word, power point)
