Had 1-2 phone calls and then an in-person interview. The interview environment was very laid back, just like a regular conversation with leadership at the office. A few weeks later I got a call again with the job offer. Very easy, there was no questioning or waiting a super long time for a response, so I have no complaints.

One very quick phone interview with 2 or 3 questions such as 'why HUB' and 'why insurance', then a 30-minute one-on-one teams meeting. Most of it was going over the position. Afterward I was able to ask questions.

Had a phone call with Trevor Black pre interview and then got my official interview date with Jim Marks and David Bell. Had a hour or so conversation with them and then shortly after got my official offer letter for the summer.

Very friendly and conversational. I felt like it wasn't overwhelming at all, very normal questions inquiring about past experiences. I had two rounds of interviews, both virtually. Also communicated very well via email.
