Very friendly and conversational. I felt like it wasn't overwhelming at all, very normal questions inquiring about past experiences. I had two rounds of interviews, both virtually. Also communicated very well via email.

Had a phone call with Trevor Black pre interview and then got my official interview date with Jim Marks and David Bell. Had a hour or so conversation with them and then shortly after got my official offer letter for the summer.

I applied online. I had two interviews, the final interview was an in person interview, the process was very welcoming, comfortable and professional. Overall a very positive and supportive experience.
