if you pass the CV screening, they will send you an online test. It's AON testing system about verbal, numerical and logical tests. then HR interview and assessment day during which you will have three round interviews

Entretien
Multiple stages of interview, long process. It starts with an initial screening by HR. Then up to 4 rounds with hiring manager, then technical interview and third one is cross functional. There is sometimes a fourth and final one with HR. The interviews may also involve presentations, case studies and analytical tests.
Application ~ Assessment which I did well in but got no interview invite despite this. I think it’s unfortunate we spend lots of time to prepare for an assessment when we don’t get considered despite doing well and meeting all requirements
First you had to do logical and personality testing through AON.
Second a HR interview with a focus on your past experiences.
Then if you pass this you go through to the next stage meeting business controllers and doing one more personality interview and a case interview.
