First you had to do logical and personality testing through AON. Second a HR interview with a focus on your past experiences. Then if you pass this you go through to the next stage meeting business controllers and doing one more personality interview and a case interview.

Multiple stages of interview, long process. It starts with an initial screening by HR. Then up to 4 rounds with hiring manager, then technical interview and third one is cross functional. There is sometimes a fourth and final one with HR. The interviews may also involve presentations, case studies and analytical tests.
