After an encounter with a recruiter from the organization in a whatsapp chat they have accomodated with the interview after conversing with me my expertise in the field and gave a Online assessment over Codility to test my capabilities. After I am able to pass the OA, i was asked for the 4 interview rounds where three of them are programming interviews where the live coding in the form of pair programming is conducted. Most of the rounds are mix of questions on programming and my ability to understand the problem with my thought process in solving it. And the final round is Behavioral round with director of the team we are going to work for. This round is mostly about my work experience aligning with the team and how am i culturally fit to the organization.
