Received a call from recruiter. General phone screen, job description background and a little about my background. I was told that he wanted to move forward and I was informed that they were trying a new process with one-way video interviewing. I would get a link shortly with the instructions and the video interview instructions and it had to be completed within one week. Completed video interview, the process was you log in and you are given a specified amount of time for each question. Ex: you may have 20 seconds to read the questions before the camera starts recording your response ad then you may be given another 1:30 to respond before the camera stops. Very little time to formulate a good answer but you do the best that you can. Completed and submitted video responses. Sent the recruiter a follow-up to let him know that I had completed. Never heard back from anyone within the organization. It was very unprofessional to say the least. It take all of 60 seconds to generate a standard email that says 'thanks but no thanks'!
