Round 1:
The initial round took place with the hiring manager, which was conducted successfully. The interviewer posed basic questions about my role and responsibilities, while I also provided cross-questioning on my resume.
Following the interview, there was a follow-up period of two to three weeks. During this time, the HR scheduled the second round, which consisted of a technical interview.
Round 2:
The technical interview was conducted without coding. I had the impression that the interviewer was not interested in my responses or did not engage in any cross-questioning.
The HR department has been unresponsive, which is unusual for them. They rarely respond to emails.
