I applied online at Workopolis and was called back three days later. I was given a phone interview with the typical HR questions; tell us about yourself, Why should we hire you, Tell me about a time you had to deal with a conflict, etc. After that I was immediately scheduled for an in person interview with an HR representative, where you will be given four simple assessment tests followed by the actual interview. The questions were the same as the phone interview, so keep your answers consistent. After that I was scheduled for the third interview the next day, where you will have an in person interview with the warehouse manager. It's more or less the same as the others. Plenty of scenario based questions.
All in all, it's an incredibly lengthy process for a warehouse job that has a very high turnover rate. You will most likely get the impression that they need you more than you need them. Once you pass the third interview you will sent to a physio therapy clinic, where you'll been given a drug test and a physical test. A bit much if you ask me.

Very easy. I participated in a phone interview as well as an on-site interview with the shift supervisor. Only commonly used interview questions. They showed me around the warehouse and hired me on the spot.

They first call and give HR gives you a phone interview. The next step is to have an interview over zoom with HR and supervisor. Once that's done they give an offer and ask when you want to start the 3 week training process. 2 weeks online and 1 week in person.
