Interview and hiring process is very lengthy. It starts with a phone interview. In a about a week this was followed by a face - face interview with an Area Manager. In about another week this was followed by another face - face interview with a Regional Manager. In about one more week another face - face interview was scheduled with a Senior Director. In between there were some other brief phone interview followup questions.

The interview process was very quick and speedy, and the interviewer created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The questions were very simple and could be answered very naturally. As long as you are good at talking about yourself and are polite and have good problem solving skills and strategies, it is easy.
