Interviewed with 3 senior managers on an individual basis.
Was hired on the spot, yes they ask all the right questions and you should have all the right answers.
Questions were very specific. Some managers seemed more serious while others seemed more relaxed, very professional and took notes on all your answers. When sent to the following manager to interview they would go more in depth to some questions and answers. They were really doing to hire the correct individual for their company.

Interviewed by the store manager, when being interviewed she was very nice, welcoming, and laid back. Describes the companies overall history and the hours and the description on the job. When I got the job, complete change in demeanor.

I applied online and about a week later they called me in for an interview. I then went in for my interview and they asked me many questions regarding my motivation level and what I would offer them if they hired me. Overall, it was a good interview and they hired me on the spot.
