It was quite fine, however could have been more structured. One of the interviews kept getting rescheduled. However the folks asked relevant questions and knew what they required from the candidates.

Got a call from the HR and then had the 1st round of interview where the interviewer was occupied so their manager joined the call. Next round was an assignment round which took a lot of my time to complete but did not hear any reviews from their end .3rd a senior manager was the interviewer .I got a call from the HR just few hours before the interview for rescheduling , I had to a half day leave for that. Talking about the interview got a few situation based questions. After that I got no review from their end and only a not selected mail. Hated the way HR was so uninterested during the whole process and unorganized process itself was completely off for me.

Bar none, the worst interview process I’ve experienced.
They’re based abroad, which made scheduling a challenge to begin with. The interview itself was plagued by connection issues on their end. Afterward, I was told to expect a follow-up deck — it never came. I emailed once, heard nothing. Emailed again, and eventually got a response saying someone new was being looped in. She claimed she’d already sent the materials (she hadn’t), then resent them — with a two-day turnaround expected on a 12-page deck, while I was actively employed.
I put in the work and submitted it. Four days later, they emailed to say the role had already been filled. I never even got to present.
Between the communication failures, the unrealistic ask, and the complete lack of respect for my time — stay far away from this one.
I went through two rounds of a four-round interview process, including a case/presentation round. The overall experience felt disorganized and lacked clear structure. I was scheduled for a 45-minute case presentation, but due to a scheduling issue on the company’s end, the interview was cut to less than half the time without an offer to reschedule or extend. This made it difficult to properly present work I had spent several hours preparing.
I spent 3 hours on the case assignment, which was not clearly defined, and during the interview, the focus was more on what I “learned” about them and client rather than engaging with the substance of the work. It did not feel like the materials were reviewed in advance, and the interviewer seemed distracted at times. Across both rounds, the interviews were largely unstructured and centered around resume walkthroughs rather than a consistent evaluation framework. Compensation was not discussed at any stage.
If I could rate the interview difficulty differently it would receive unstructured and unprofessional.
