Bar none, the worst interview process I’ve experienced. They’re based abroad, which made scheduling a challenge to begin with. The interview itself was plagued by connection issues on their end. Afterward, I was told to expect a follow-up deck — it never came. I emailed once, heard nothing. Emailed again, and eventually got a response saying someone new was being looped in. She claimed she’d already sent the materials (she hadn’t), then resent them — with a two-day turnaround expected on a 12-page deck, while I was actively employed. I put in the work and submitted it. Four days later, they emailed to say the role had already been filled. I never even got to present. Between the communication failures, the unrealistic ask, and the complete lack of respect for my time — stay far away from this one.
