Multiple interviews with team members + case study. Technical questions and a lot of focus on deal experience. Would those companies have made good credit investments and why. Lots of similar questions throughout and the case seemed very important.

Debt capacity? Expected yield? How attractive would that yield be v market precedents? Why do PE firms like private credit? Credit v Equity case on this particular credit? Operational questions?
