The interview process with HCM analyst position was good. The schedule interview was 3 consecutive interviews with 3 different managers, including 2 VP's and 1 SVP. The interview was quite good and relatively easy I would say because they were focusing on many interpersonal skills.

It was a long process with a lot of different people, sometimes it was difficult to tell if I was still interviewing for the same position I had originally applied for.
