First interview with two managers, without any previous phone interview. Relatively fast. They were late on the schedule and from the beginning looked in a hurry. From motivational questions I was asked only to present myself. I was asked about a recent deal but was interrupted in 10 sec with an "ok you know that". After 2 minutes I was inside it continued with technical questions.

Got a phone call after first-round video interview, in about two weeks. Superyday in Jersey office. No technical questions at all. Be prepared to answer a lot of tough situational behavioral questions. Interviewers were very friendly though.

First round HireVue. I got a first round HireVue interview offer with IBD. Got the offer through email. Go to a non-target school. High GPA. The process was annoying. Talking into a computer was not a good method for me to get comfortable. The interview went well. Just general behavior questions and knowledge about the company.
