đź§ľ 1. Online Assessment (Aptitude + Technical)
This is usually the first step, especially for freshers or early-career candidates.
Components:
Aptitude Section: Logical reasoning, quantitative aptitude, and verbal ability.
Coding Section: 1–2 programming questions (languages like C, C++, Java, Python).
Technical MCQs: Based on CS fundamentals (OS, DBMS, CN, DSA, etc.)
Fairly straight forward, typical behavioral interview. They were very easy to talk to. Mine consisted of a 2 part process. Both face to face interviews with hiring managers. Nothing out of the ordinary.
Behavior type questions. Tell me about a time etc.
I interviewed with 3 different managers within their departments. Fairly straight forward interview questions. All managers were accommodating and friendly. Average Interview
